Job Description:

 

Edaptive Computing, Inc. (ECI) is currently looking for a Project Manager Analyst/ Scrum Master. The Project Manager Analyst/Scrum Master is a management-support associate and agile team manager responsible for overseeing project execution and product development. Under the direction of the program manager or technical manager, the position oversees the completion of project tasks and monitor adherence to project management processes, standards, and agile methods. Duties include scheduling and monitoring work efforts, track/update schedules, maintain project budget, and support development of various program documentation. Assist in creating reports and presentations using a variety of office productivity tools. Supports development of work documents and deliverable schedules to be included in subcontracting agreements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required

 

Experience:

 

Strong oral and written communication skills

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing/managing project schedules, tracking budgets and expenditures, coordinating with senior management, and facilitating a team’s efforts.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and MS Project.
• Pleasant personality that facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

 

Enhancing Skills:

 

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience Project Manager/Scrum Master in a software development setting, able to facilitate software development projects from start to finish using the Agile/Scrum model.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master) preferred, but not required.
•  Familiar with project management software (JIRA experience a plus)
• MBA
• Recent (within the past 3 years) relevant experience with the development, deployment, and sustainment of software applications
