Job Description:

 

Electrical/Computer Engineering Co-op will assist in hardware design verification. Under direction from senior ECI staff, co-op will perform research and implementation of advanced concepts, technologies, products, processes, and/or methods.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

 

Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Any Engineering

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

 

Student in good standing working toward electrical engineering, computer engineering or other related degree. Knowledge of a Hardware Description Language like VHDL/Verilog. Basic level skill in C, x86 Assembly, an object-oriented language like C++, Python or Java. Strong Mathematics background. Good written and verbal communication skills and thorough attention to detail.

 

Able to obtain a security clearance. Other qualifications in description.

 

Desired Skills:

 

Familiarity with formal methods and specifically model checking is highly desirable.

 

Not required- but beneficial- experience in the following areas:

 

Experience with C# Enterprise software and ASP.NET framework 4.0, HTML5/CSS3, Visual Studio 12+, VS15.
