Electrical/Computer Engineering Co-op will assist project developers in building solutions that involve user applications, custom drivers, firmware, and FPGAs. Languages used will include VHDL, C, C++, and x86 Assembly. The work will encompass all design lifecycle sub-processes, including: specification, design, implementation, and testing. Co-op will model, simulate, and analyze dynamic systems and processes. Under direction from senior ECI staff, co-op will perform research and implementation of advanced concepts, technologies, products, processes, and/or methods.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Any Engineering
Required Skills and Abilities:
Student in good standing working toward electrical engineering, computer engineering or other related degree. Introductory knowledge of a Hardware Description Language like VHDL/Verilog. Exposure to modeling language such as Matlab and Mathematica. Basic level skill in C, x86 Assembly, an object-oriented language like C++, Python or Java. Good written and verbal communication skills and thorough attention to detail
Able to obtain a security clearance. Other qualifications in description.
