Edaptive has flexible contracting options that permit expeditious contract awards

These options include pre-negotiated labor rates and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that do not require competition as well as certifications that permit sole source awards.

Edaptive has and can negotiate:

  • Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract
  • Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract
  • Time and Materials (T&M) contract (see Commercial Catalog)

 

Any Federal Agency can issue Delivery Orders to Edaptive for application of our SBIR developed technologies without any further competition under our multiple active Phase III SBIR IDIQ Contracts with the US Navy and the US Air Force.
