Job Description:

 

Job opportunity to become a member of the Edaptive Computing Inc. Verification Team. Application Engineer will assist hardware development teams in verifying trustworthiness of designs. Emphasis will be on Verilog and/or VHDL designs. Knowledge of HDLs is required. Knowledge in PSL and System Verilog is desirable.

Education:

 

Bachelor degree or higher in Computer/Electrical Engineering.

 

Experience:

 

At a minimum, coursework. A strong candidate will have many projects with heavy emphasis on hardware verification using simulators and/or formal methods. A strong candidate will have ability to discuss verification methodologies and critical points of interest that guided the previous processes they have used.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

 

Use of HDL modeling and simulation tools.

Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.

Self-starter with strong work ethic. Must be able to work with minimal instruction and be willing/able to define effort as work progresses.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.

 

Enhancing Skills and Abilities:

 

Working experience with both Verilog and VHDL.

Model-checking experience.

Active U.S. Security Clearance.
