ECI has applied its SBIR-based development of applied technology to evolve a portfolio of automated tools to support the business of running a Federal or DoD research development acquisition organization.  Policy-defined processes and templates are translated into automatable execution models to help guide team-members and their managers with creating and using the optimum type of information to support their planning and decision-making.  In addition, these tools can help to assess the maturity, readiness, and risk of acquisition projects, including the identification of the critical elements impacting effective execution.
